Quamina MP Links Kofi Mole on ‘ƐSHISHI’ — RAGE RECORDS Spicy Afrobeats Reunion Out Now

Some reunions need a press release. This one just needs pepper. Quamina MP has linked Kofi Mole on a brand-new single titled “ƐSHISHI” (you will also see it written ESHISHI / Eshishi), and the artwork alone is already sweating. Molten letters, a Santa hat perched on the E like December booked early, a cartoon chili with too many teeth — chale, if the cover is this spicy, the record did not come to sip soft drink.

“ƐSHISHI” landed on Friday, 6 November 2026 as a standalone single through RAGE RECORDS. The clock is a tight 2:00, the official audio slide is already live on Quamina MP’s YouTube channel, and Accra’s weekend playlist just got a little hotter. Two Ground Up Chale graduates, one short fuse, zero long thing. Like a good kelewele seller, they know exactly how much heat the street can take before somebody starts dancing without asking permission.

⚡ “ƐSHISHI” in 30 Seconds

A compact Ghana Afrobeats-hiplife flex built for phones, taxis and that friend who always says “play something small.” Quamina MP brings the producer-artist instinct and the Mankessim-to-everywhere swagger; Kofi Mole slides in with the street-smart cadence that made “BALOTELLI (SUPA)” a chart conversation. Two minutes, no filler, plenty of pepper. Out now on Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, TIDAL and Amazon Music.

Who Are Quamina MP & Kofi Mole?

Quamina MP — born Emmanuel Kwamina Amonoo in Takoradi, raised in Mankessim — is one of those Ghana artists who can write, sing and still think like a beatmaker. Ground Up Chale put him on the map with the “Wiase Y3d3” era, and the years since have been a steady parade of features, stages and sticky hooks. In 2026 alone his RAGE RECORDS run has already stacked “32 Shots” with Kofi Mole, “Wiase Y3 D3 (Original)” with Yung C, and “Mankessim to London” — so “ƐSHISHI” is not a random drop. It is another stamp on a busy autumn passport.

Kofi Mole is the voice that makes a party feel like a neighbourhood meeting. When ‘WAYEDEW’ linked him with Quamina MP on the 4 DA POPPIN’ EP, Ghana already knew the chemistry was real. That September EP also opened with “BALOTELLI (SUPA)”, a record that climbed into the top five of Apple Music Ghana and reminded everybody that Mole can turn football trash-talk into a national earworm. Put those two in the same booth again and you are not guessing — you are collecting receipts.

The Vibe: Short, Sharp, Spicy

“ƐSHISHI” does not waste your time. Two minutes is barely enough for a trotro argument, yet Quamina and Mole pack the window with bounce, attitude and that Ghana humour that smiles while it warns you. The title itself is Akan heat — the kind of word you throw when something is too much, too fine, or both at once. The beat stays lean; the voices trade blows; the hook arrives before your data finishes buffering. It is not trying to be a six-minute odyssey. It is trying to be the song that forces the DJ to rewind before the next track even loads.

The cover art is doing overtime marketing for free. Santa hat on molten “ESHISHI” letters, thorned vine under the title, a chili pepper character looking ready to start a fight at Christmas dinner — that is not shy branding. That is Quamina telling Detty December, “I booked early.” If your playlist still looks like January, abeg, update the seasonings.

Why “ƐSHISHI” Matters Right Now

This is not their first dance. From the 2019 Ground Up Chale circle (including “Ba O Hie (Come Forward)” with Kwesi Arthur and Twitch 4EVA) through Quamina’s “SAD”, the 2024 Toopeezy joint run (“Tony Montana”, “Wotowei”, “Lit” with Kweku Smoke), September’s “32 Shots”, and Mole’s own ‘WAYEDEW’, the partnership has become a Ghana music habit rather than a one-off feature invoice. Seven years on from those early shared records, “ƐSHISHI” is proof they still have unfinished pepper to fry.

It also lands on a crowded Friday. The same weekend Accra is spinning King Paluta and Fameye’s ‘Good Feeling’ and Lasmid’s ‘Mmrɛ (Time)’, Quamina and Mole plant a RAGE RECORDS flag that is short, local and loud. No borrowed foreign feature required. Just two homegrown voices who came up through the same Ground Up doorway and still know how to finish each other’s sentences. For the Accra-to-Kumasi corridor — and every WhatsApp status hunting for something that slaps in under 130 seconds — that combination is hard to ignore.

November is warm-up season. Detty December is clearing its throat, the diaspora is refreshing flight apps, and every artist wants a record that can survive a wedding DJ with trust issues. “ƐSHISHI” is built for that lane: portable heat, familiar chemistry, artwork that already looks like a flyer. If this one no enter the “small-small” rotation by mid-December, then we will ask the DJs some serious questions — and maybe check whether their speakers fear chili.
